NATIONAL N-DIPLOMA: ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
Electrical Engineering is the discipline of Engineering that includes the design and development of new electrical equipment, together with solving problems and testing equipment. An Electrical Engineer applies the physics and mathematics of electricity, electromagnetism and electronics to both large and small scale systems. Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent or NQF Level 4 Certificate or NC(V) Level 4 Certificate.

Each Level consists of 4/5 months theoretical training. It will take the student 15-18 months to complete the theoretical training for the N4/5/6 on a full time basis. Thereafter the student must complete 24 months relevant experiential/practical training to qualify for the National N Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
