NATIONAL N-DIPLOMA: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
This course is designed specifically for those individuals who are primarily interested in the management of people within organizations, focusing on policies and on systems. Pax College offers a recognised Department of Higher Education and Training qualification in Human Resource Management which exposes the student to the focal areas of Human Resources and offers the student a comprehensive understanding of Labour Relations.

DURATION
Each Level consists of 6 months theoretical training. It will take the student 18 months to complete the theoretical training for the N4/5/6 on a full time basis. Thereafter the student must complete 18 months relevant experiential/practical training to qualify for the National N Diploma in Human Resources Management.
